Due to these circumstances, our oral health may have complications which result in the need for dental intervention. By visiting our dental practice on a regular basis, we are able to discuss any oral health issues that may be forming and discuss appropriate intervention.

We accept most dental insurance plans and offer financing so families can get the care their children need. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we take care of the claim filing and processing.

The Importance of Proper Oral Care
Prevent and detect oral disease
As your local pediatric dental practice, we can check for signs of oral disease, including cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer. Oral health issues can affect everyone, no matter their age. This is why we recommend bringing your child in for a dental check-up every six months. Semiannual check-ups allow us to provide continued instruction and encouragement for proper oral hygiene, as well as to keep an eye on any cavities or oral health issues that may be forming.
Prevent bad breath
Medical studies indicate that 85% of children with ongoing bad breath (halitosis) are caused by oral health issues that can be prevented. Having an adequate oral hygiene regimen is essential in preventing bad breath. At your child's checkup appointment, we will provide kind and encouraging oral hygiene instructions that they are able to implement at home.

During your child's dental cleaning with our team, we perform a dental exam to evaluate their oral hygiene and health. We also provide a thorough cleaning and polish of their teeth and gum line. Having teeth cleaned professionally every six months removes plaque, tartar, and stains from the teeth, helping your child maintain a fresh and bright smile.
